After consultation with the client, we realised there were challenges in obtaining real-time insights from these points of sale. So, POS Doctor created a workforce engagement platform which helped them obtain real-time insights and save time, among other things.

From these insights, the owner, sales managers, regional heads learned there was scope for improvement in sales of fashion products, like shoes, bags and beauty products, in cities like Paris, Rome and Florence, areas where production of these goods could be increased by 10%. This helped them increase footfalls in these secondary cities with fewer sales people.
