Job Description

  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Executive/ Business development Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales activities across various channels and generating leads for our digital marketing services. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and the ability to effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients. The candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base and achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Utilize various channels including social media (Paid and Organic), email campaigns, cold calling, LinkedIn, Google ads, and other suitable methods to generate leads for digital marketing services.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize lead conversion and achieve sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored digital marketing Proposal
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing techniques, and our service offerings to effectively communicate our value proposition to clients.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our digital marketing services.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage sales pipeline efficiently, including tracking leads, following up on inquiries, and closing deals in a timely manner.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts, optimize lead generation campaigns, and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and progress towards targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in digital marketing or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Experience using CRM software and other sales tools for pipeline management and reporting.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and market conditions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
  • Familiarity with different digital marketing channels such as SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, etc.
  • Previous experience in B2B sales and dealing with clients from various industries.
  • Relevant certifications in sales or digital marketing.

    • Think, Ideate, Research, Write, and Edit copy for all marketing and communication initiatives
    • Write and Edit copy for all campaigns but not limited to online articles, newsletters, white papers, case studies, blog posts, website copy, and more
    • Understand technologies and business value propositions and write copy with personalization, conversational, formal, and semi-formal style
    • Ideate Campaigns and CXO emails, Social Copy to drive demand for all Marketing initiatives
    • Collaborate with design, digital, search, and other teams to develop compelling copy and content plan
    • Taking ownership of full yearly copy and content calendar
    • Research thought-provoking topics and translate that information into captivating and concrete storytelling
    • Think strategically and brainstorm for creative copy and content ideas for various technology practices
    • Eye for details, proofreading, and verbiage, including a complete command of grammar, diction, syntax, spelling, and punctuation
    • Ability to keep up with the best practices in writing for the web, social media trends, web usability, web design, and business/industry trends
    • Prepare internal and external communications including newsletters, press releases, and other vital marketing communications as needed
    • Identification of trendy topics using various tools

Qualifications and Skills:

    • 4- 6 years of professional writing experience
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Strong critical thinking ability
    • Able to explain technical concepts simply and clearly
    • Able to work independently and within a team environment
    • Must be well-organized
    • Reliable (consistently completes tasks on time or ahead of schedule)
    • A customer service mindset
    • Computer proficiency including strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Acrobat, and similar
    • Comfortable learning new technologies and marketing techniques
    • Should be able to write to attract global customers like SMEs, Enterprises, etc. looking for new digital solutions
